Greek Olives Recipes - Kalamata olives paste
Greek Kalamata olives pate(paste)
· 1 cup of pitted Kalamata Olives
· 2 tbsp. Greek extra virgin olive oil
· 1 tbsp. dry rosemary
· 1-2 tbsp. pine nuts
Put in your mixer some pitted Kalamata Olives with a few pine nuts, add extra virgin olive oil and rosemary cut in really fine pieces.
Put mixture in a bowl and spread the mixture on top of a slice of crispy baked bread.
