Greek Olives Recipes - Kalamata Olives Pasta recipe
Pasta with sundried tomatoes and Kalamata olives
· 4-5 sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
· 1/2 cup of chopped Kalamata olives
· 1 garlic clove minced
· 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
· Finely chopped basil leaves
· Pasta of your choice
Put the tomatoes, the olives, the basil and the garlic in a hot pan for 2 minutes without the olive oil.
When pasta is ready, place them in the frying pan, and drizzle them with the olive oil on top. Mix them for 1-2 minutes and serve them in plates.
Drizzle with some finely chopped basil leaves. Enjoy!
