Greek Kalamata olives pate(paste)

·  A jar with Greek olives
 ·  Half cup white or red vinegar
 ·  1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ·  2 cloves of garlic
 ·  Dried herbs
 ·  Lemon zest pieces

Put in your mixer some pitted Kalamata Olives with a few pine nuts, add extra virgin olive oil and rosemary cut in really fine pieces.
Put mixture in a bowl and spread the mixture on top of a slice of crispy baked bread.
