Greek olive bread with Kalamata Olives

 · 1/2 pound of flour
 · 9 gr dry yeast
 · 1 tsp baking powder
 · 1 can (330 ml.) Soda water
 · 1/2 cup olive oil
 · 3/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
in slices
 · 1 tsp salt
 · 1 Tbsp oregano
 · some sugar

Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, sugar, oil, soda and salt.
Add the olives and oregano and knead to incorporate the mixture.
Put the dough in our form of bread covered with parchment paper or spread in pan and leave in a warm environment, or in the oven to stand and rise for about one hour.
When ready, bake in preheated oven at 356 F(180 C), for about an hour.
