Greek Salad

· 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
· 1 small red onion, sliced
· 1 green bell pepper, sliced
· 1 cucumber, sliced
· 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
· 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
· 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
· 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
· 1 teaspoon dried oregano
· Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and cucumber.

Add the feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Serve the Greek salad immediately.
