Marinated Greek olives

Greek Olives marinated with Greek herbs
 ·  A jar with olives
 ·  Half cup white or red vinegar
 ·  1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ·  2 cloves of garlic
 ·  Dried herbs
 ·  Lemon zest pieces

Pour the olive oil and the vinegar in the jar with the olives. Chop 2 cloves of garlic and lemon zest in fine pieces and add them in the jar. Add dried thyme and dried rosemary, 1 tablespoon each. Stir with a spoon. Enjoy!
Tip : You can add any dried herbs you like (e.g. thyme, oregano, mint)
